At Estateviewz, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide seamless and professional services, but we also understand that unexpected situations can arise. To ensure fairness and transparency, our refund policy is designed to address various scenarios:

1.Late Arrival by Photographer

If our photographer is more than 1 hour late for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will receive a full refund.

2.Cancellations by Clients

If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

3.Unforeseen Circumstances

In cases where the shoot cannot be completed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather), we will offer to reschedule the session at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible for you, a refund will be issued for any services not rendered.
